WORLDS MOST DELICIOUS BANANA BREAD

1 cube real butter or ½ cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 bananas (mashed)
½ cup buttermilk
½ tsp. baking soda
2 cups flour
½ tsp. salt
½ tbsp. cinnamon
Put all ingredients into bowl. Mix well. Pour into oiled loaf pan. Bake at 350° until done, about 1 hour. Recipe can be doubled.
One day when we made Banana Bread, Sabrina decided we should try peanut butter flavor. So we mixed in a few teaspoons of peanut butter, and it was suprisingly very good.
Buttermilk is the secret to good Banana Bread. If you don't have buttermilk mix ½ tsp. vinegar with ½ cup milk.
You don't have to use very ripe bananas as most recipes call for, they can just be soft enough to mash with a fork.
