CAKE MIX COOKIES

1 box cake mix (any flavor)
½ cup butter or oil
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350° . Blend all ingredients until well blended. Stir in any extras you want – nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, or coconut. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes. These cookies don’t store very long. They are best if eaten within 1-2 days.  Variation: Use 8 ounces of softened cream cheese instead of the butter or oil.  Makes about 2 dozen.
