PEANUT BUTTER DELIGHTS

1 cup frozen concentrated apple juice
½ cup peanut butter
1 cube butter
½ cup canned milk

Place all ingredients into a saucepan, heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a rolling boil. Remove from heat.

While stirring slowly add:

1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups quick rolled oats
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Drop by spoon onto waxed paper. Let cool 30 minutes before refrigerating. Makes 3 dozen.
