WORLDS RICHEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE

¾ c. softened real butter
1 ¼ c. packed brown sugar
2 T half and half
1 T vanilla butter nut flavoring
1 egg
1 ¾ c. flour
1 t salt
¾ t baking soda
1 package chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans optional
Preheat oven to 375˚ Cream butter with brown sugar, half and half, and vanilla butter nut flavoring. Blend until creamy. Blend in egg. In separate bowl, mix flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture, Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake about 8-10 minutes for chewy cookies. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
