CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE

About a dozen roasted peeled green chiles
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 cups cheese
1 large can evaporated milk
1 pound hamburger

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly coat casserole dish with pam or oil. Lay chilies on bottom of pan. Put 1 cup cheese on chilies. Mix together eggs, flour, and evaporated milk. Pour over cheese and chilie's. Then top with 1 more cup cheese. Bake for 45 minutes. Put cooked hamburger, seasoned with salt, pepper, onion and garlic if desired on top. Cover with 1/2 cup cheese and bake another 15 minutes. Good with Chili Relleno Sauce .
