COOKED PORK SKINS

1 package pork skins (Chicharrones)
2 small cans tomato sauce
½ onion
2 cloves garlic
1 T oil
salt and pepper to taste
Saute onion and garlic in oil, then put in pork skins and tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat until heated through. Serve with warm corn tortillas and your favorite salsa. Fresh homemade chicharrones (cracklings) can be used.
