QUICK AND EASY FRIED CHICKEN

1 lb. chicken, boneless, skinless, breast strips about 1 inch wide
about 1 ½ cups buttermilk
about 1 ½ cups flour
spices
oil for frying

Soak chicken in buttermilk for a few hours. Put flour in a bag, along with any variety of spices you want. Salt, pepper, curry, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, savory, garlic powder or onion powder. Shake chicken in flour bag, about 3-4 pieces at a time. Fry in about 1 inch of oil.
