TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE

12 oz. package egg noodles
2 T oil
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 small cans tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions. While noodles are cooking saute onion and celery in oil. Mix together cooked onion, celery, tuna, mushroom soup, milk, cooked noodles and 1 cup of the cheese. Put into casserole dish. Cover with remaining cup of cheese. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
