CORN AND CHILIES

1 t butter or oil
2 green onions
2 cans corn, drained
1 t chopped cilantro optional
½ cup green chilies, chopped
1 cup grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Sauté onions in butter or oil. Add all other ingredients except the cheese. Heat thoroughly, but don’t over cook. Add cheese, turn off heat.
