OVEN BAKED VEGETABLES

Preheat oven to 400º
Cover 11 x 18 inch sheet cake pan with the following vegetables:
White potatoes
Red potatoes
Brown potatoes
Sweet potatoes
Whole garlic cloves
Onions
Any variety of bell peppers (red are best)
Blend in blender the following:
Three dried red chili pods
About ½ cup canned tomatoes
About ¼ cup oil.
Pour over top of vegetables. Sprinkle on Lawry’s garlic salt, dried coriander (cilantro), dried basil and pepper to taste.
Cook for about an hour (until veggies are tender) Stir once or twice while cooking.
